Cookies

We use cookies on our website to recognise when the same user/internet access holder uses our service on multiple occasions. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores and saves on your computer. They help us to optimise our website and services. These mainly include: “session cookies” which are deleted at the end of your visit.
However, these cookies sometimes provide information which allows us to automatically recognise you. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way helps us to optimise our services and give you easier access to our website.
You can prevent the installation of these cookies by changing the corresponding settings in your browser. However, please be aware that if you do this, you may not be able to use all functions of this website.

Server data

The following data sent to us or our web space provider by your internet browser is recorded (server log files) for technical reasons.

– Browser type and version
– Operating system used
– Website which you used to access our website (referrer URL)
– Website you visit
– Date and time of your access
– Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data that you may provide and does not therefore allow any conclusions to be made about any particular person. It is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our website and our offers.

Use of Google Analytics with anonymisation function

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter “Google”. Google uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow us to analyse your use of the website.

The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, location and frequency of your website visits, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the United States and stored there.

We use Google Analytics on our website with an IP anonymisation feature. This ensures that your IP address is abbreviated and therefore anonymised by Google within member states of the European Union and other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Google uses this information to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports about our website activity and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Google states that it will never link your IP address to other data obtained by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by changing the corresponding settings in your browser software. However, please be aware that if you do this, you may not be able to use all functions of our website.

Google also offers a deactivation option for the most popular browsers, giving you more control over what data Google collects and processes. If you enable this option, information about website visits will not be sent to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent information from being transferred to us or any other web analytics services we may use. For more information about Google’s opt-out option and to enable this option, please visit the link below: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Use of Google Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, “Google”, on our site.

Each time Google Maps is used, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when viewing the page with Google Maps integrated. This cookie is usually not deleted when the browser is closed and will expire after a certain amount of time unless it is manually deleted by you.

If you object to the processing of your data, you can disable the “Google Maps” service and prevent the transmission of data to Google in this way. To do this, you need to disable the Java Script feature in your browser. Please be aware that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps”, or only to a limited extent.

Use of “Google Maps” and information obtained through “Google Maps” is subject to Google’s Terms of Use

http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html

and the additional terms and conditions of “Google Maps”

https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

Use of Facebook components

We use components of the provider facebook.com on our site. Facebook is a service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA.
Each time you visit an area of our website which contains a component of this type, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from Facebook. As a result of this process, Facebook is informed about which specific page of our website you have visited.
If you visit our website and you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook uses the information collected by the component to identify which specific page you are visiting and links this information to your personal account on Facebook. For example, if you click the “Like” button or leave a comment, this information will be transferred to your personal account on Facebook and stored there. The information that you have visited our website will also be forwarded to Facebook. This happens regardless of whether you click the component or not.
If you want to prevent this transfer and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by Facebook, you need to log out of Facebook before you visit our site. The data protection information provided by Facebook contains more detailed information, in particular information about the collection and use of the data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and the setting options for protecting your privacy: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/
An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

Use of Twitter referral components

We use components of the provider Twitter on our website. Twitter is a service provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

Each time you visit an area of our website which contains a component of this type, this component will cause the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from Twitter. As a result of this process, Twitter is informed about which specific page of our website you have visited.
We have no control over the information that Twitter collects or the amount of data collected by Twitter. To the best of our knowledge, Twitter collects the URL of the respective accessed website and the user’s IP address, but these are not used for purposes other than the presentation of the Twitter component. Further information can be found in Twitter’s privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy.

You can change your privacy settings in Account Settings under http://twitter.com/account/settings.

Use of Google+-recommendation components

We use the “+1” button of the provider Google from the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, “Google”.
Each time you visit an area of our website which contains a “+1” component of this type, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from Google. As a result of this process, Google is informed about which specific page of our website you have visited.
According to Google, your visit will not be further evaluated if you are not logged in to your Google Account.

If you visit our website when you’re logged into Google, Google will be able to collect information about your Google Account, the website you recommend, your IP address, and other browser-related information when you click the “+1” button.

Your “+1” recommendation can therefore be saved and made public. Your Google “+1” recommendation can be used as a reference along with your account name and, if appropriate, may be displayed with your photo stored on Google in Google services, e.g. in search results, in your Google Account or other places, such as on websites and adverts on the internet. Google may also link your visit to our website with your data stored on Google. Google also records this information to further improve Google’s services.
If you want to prevent the aforementioned collection of data by Google in the most effective way, you should log out of your Google Account before visiting our website.

Google’s Privacy Policy regarding the “+1” button and all other information about the collection, disclosure and use of data by Google, your rights and profile settings options can be found here: https://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/+/policy/

Use of reCAPTCHA

We use the service “reCAPTCHA” of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereafter “Google” to protect entry forms on our site. The use of this service allows us to identify whether the corresponding input is of human origin or is being improperly entered using automated machine processing.

To our knowledge, the referrer URL, IP address, behaviour of the website visitors, information about the operating system, browser and duration of the visit, cookies, display instructions and scripts, the input behaviour of the user and mouse movements in the area of the “reCAPTCHA” checkbox are transferred to “Google”.

Google uses this information to digitise books and other printed matter, as well as to optimise services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (e.g. house number and street name recognition), among other things.

The IP address submitted while using “reCAPTCHA” will not be linked to any other data obtained by Google unless you are logged in to your Google Account when you use the “reCAPTCHA” plug-in. If you want to prevent this transfer and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by “Google”, you must log out of “Google” before you visit our site or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in.

Information obtained through the use of the “reCAPTCHA” service is subject to the Google Terms of Use:

https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
